UVA Health in Charlottesville, VA, is dedicated to advancing the care and treatment of bronchiectasis and nontuberculous mycobacterial (NTM) diseases. Led by Dr. Lindsay Somerville and Dr. Scott Heysell, our center offers a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach with state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge treatments, including clinical trials. We provide a full spectrum of support services such as respiratory therapy, pulmonary rehabilitation, social support services, and nutritional counseling. Our dedicated care is supported by specialists in gastroenterology, otolaryngology, thoracic surgery, and interventional pulmonology, with unique capabilities in lung transplantation. Telehealth services are also available, enhancing accessibility for patients across the Mid-Atlantic region.
