Do you use meds to assist you with your airway clearance?
The link below reviews the most commonly used meds to loosen up sputum: https://www.bronchiectasisandntminitiative.org/Learn-More/I-am-a-Patient-or-Caregiver/Coping-with-Airway-Mucus/Medicines-for-Airway-Clearance

Sooo....I use nebulized meds and the Aerobika device when needed. Sometimes I can clear the mucus without the meds. Depending on the day --I do clearance 1-2 or 3 times a day. The meds are albuterol 0.083%....sodium chloride 0.9%. If I have a tough time I'll use 7% sodium chloride
