Have you been exposed to the wildfire smoke over the past week? Below is an article on 10 tips to assist you with detoxifying your lungs. I hope it is better tomorrow; meteorologists are predicting that it will clear up a bit after tonight’s storms. Keeping my fingers crossed- we need to get out and about.
