Are you getting adequate sleep?
Sleep hygiene is of upmost importance when you are dealing with an infection and or a chronic condition. The link below offers some suggestions. The one that I disagree with is not to take a nap. I agree Katie. Naps can be very beneficial. I think the trick is to set an alarm or timer, so it doesn't affect your sleep that night. I think we have to listen to our bodies and if a nap is in order, indulge! Thanks for posting this helpful link!
Good point, Katie and Christina. I notice that some of the folks on the COPD page said if they start requiring naps during the day, then they know an exacerbation is coming. I wanted to pose that question and see if the same is true for you. Do you notice that your sleep pattern and changes to your respiratory condition go hand in hand?
Hello! Fatigue is often noted with weather changes- changes in humidity, pre- rain, pre- snow, etc. Yes, fatigue increases during these times. Sometimes, it passes and you do not experience an infection. Other times, it is a sign that you maybe getting a respiratory infection.
I get 6 to 7 hrs sleep most nights but do have some off nights that can't sleep for some reason. Most nights are good.

So glad that you are able to get 6-7 hours of sleep 💤 each night. Sleep resets our bodies to function properly.
