A video would be great too. I just posted a video on doing PT exercies on your back. You have to have another partner to help with that. The girl and her husband made the video. Its like a airway clearance system.

The COPD Foundation is working on a new booklet for the newly diagnosed individual. It will be called The 1s, 2s and 3s of Bronchiectasis. I am hoping that the booklet will be done by the end of the year.


I do like the idea on the video, but not in the works for the moment.
