Colloidal Silver and lung infections
I have been diagnosed with a fungal infection in my lungs, so I have been doing a lot of research on colloidal silver. Some people are concerned about the darkening of the skin when using colloidal silver, but the research I have done indicates that happens primarily when people overdose on it. I was going into an exacerbation with non-stop coughing/mucous and was about to call my doc for prednisone and an antibiotic. I had just received a bottle of colloidal silver and had read that it is effective when used in the nebulizer. That night I put 1 tsp in the nebulizer and the next morning woke up with no coughing, very little mucous and feeling great. It was truly amazing. I have continued using 1 tsp 2x a day in neb and feel great - no prednisone or antibiotic. TheSilverEdge.com has a lot of info on the silver and here are some links for anyone interested.

Hello! What works best for one may not work best for another. It is up to us to decide what therapies we will try and to determine what works best for us. A practitioner frightened me about the side effects of skin discoloration years ago - hence, I never tried it. Thank God my lungs have been behaving lately.:

I agree that people need to decide for themselves what they are willing to try in an attempt to find something that works for them, and I am certainly not suggesting that anyone use colloidal silver before doing their own research. That is why I included the links where they could find more information if they have an interest.I was just amazed at how well it worked for me and wanted to share the information.I will probably only use it for several days to a week to avoid an exacerbation and having to go on prednisone, which can have negative side effects.
