I recently started taking vitamin K2 when taking D3. Sometimes they are packaged together. Here's an article about Vitamin K, including food sources.

Great article. I didn’t know that blueberries were high in vitamin K. I eat plenty of blueberries. :)
I have been taking vitamin k vitamin D, Vital C, and aged garlic.
After downloading Cronometer app I realized my diet is full of vitamin k so I may stop taking supplement form. 😊
HastyRetreat,
Glad that you can cut back on one supplement since you are getting the vitamin in food. I never heard of the chronometer app before- very interesting. Thank you for posting.
