Cardia Pulmonary rehab gave me my old treadmill that I have used for years there. Beings they have gave it to me and my lungs got worse I do the treadmill here every day for 30 minutes. Its very hard have to use 8 lpm oxygen every fan on that I have setting 1.3. Its not easy but I know I have to do it to keep my lungs steady.
Walking and 1 pound weights as long as joints and lungs are cooperative.
Walking has been my main form of exercise. Recently purchased ankle weights and resistance bands so I can build up my arm and leg muscles.
Marsrocket,
Great! Let me know how the ankle weights work out. I have never tried them. Thank you!
I went with adjustable weights so I can also use them on my arms. One to five pounds each, depending how many pellet bags are included.
Thank you!
