I went to pulmonary rehab for many years starting in 2012. The best thing anyone can do for there lungs and body to keep moving. Due to covid in 21 and human neuomvirus in 22 and then reaction to my flu shot last year my lungs really got bad. So I was so lucky to get my treadmill I used so many years from the rehab. They called asked if I would like my treadmill. So I do every day at home now. Besides floor stepper. Its hard very hard my lungs are very sever.
Kandy,
I am so glad that you are able to keep up with your exercise routine at home that you are learned at pulmonary rehab. You are truly inspirational. Keep up the fight!
