Hello! Yes, outdoor pools are lees of a concern. However, outdoor hot tubs are a concern
I have been advised to only swim in saltwater pools or the ocean. Chlorine pools have a heavy layer of chloramines that form on the surface of the water which are damaging to the lungs.
Saltwater pools are harder to find. I think that we all pick and choose what we will take a risk on occasionally. I wouldn’t go in an outdoor pool on a daily basis, but do enjoy an outdoor pool once or twice a summer. I feel that we have so many restrictions already; we must choose when and where we will take a risk in order to keep our quality of life to the best level possible
