Although not medically related: if you plan to travel internationally and need to renew or get a new passport, I hear it is taking much longer to get this accomplished these days. Be sure to give yourself plenty of time for it to be processed and mailed.
Anyone else have travel tips?
Many flights are being canceled or postponed. Be prepared with extra medications, alternative plans if you get stuck at an airport. The additional fatigue due to travel challenges can be very challenging for someone who is not feeling up to par from the start.
