On a CTScan can pneumonia lung scars be mistaken for bronchiectesis?
I may have been misdiagnosed by the scan doctor and two pulmonologists. I need to know if this is possible.

Hello suzie40, this is a picture of my CT Scan result which was recorder on March 2014. The appearance of bronchiectasis is actually easy to see on CT Scan. The result of my CT Scan clearly showed the "signet ring appearance." You can see the "round shape" on my left lung. Sorry I don't know about the shape of pneumonia in CT Scan. Have a nice day.
My bronchiectasis was found on ct scan also.
