Percusion chests
I am considering getting the Afflovest. Anyone using it and does it make any difference? It is not cheap.
So far for me the most effective way to clear the mucus is the saline solution 7% and biking on a bike trainer indoors for 30/40 minutes.

Hello! Welcome to 360! Exercise and the .7NS are great ways to loosen secretions.
Have you tried other airway clearance devices such as the accapella, aerobics or flute?
Some patients really feel they benefit from the best. Yes, they are expensive; it all depends on your insurance company plan.
What is the .7NS? I do have an accapella and it is not doing much for me.
Hi Adrian1!
I am happy to hear that the 7% hypertonic saline and also with the exercise that you do can help you to release the mucus. Keep doing it :)
As we know that we need to drink a lot of water in order to make the mucus thin. I would like to suggest you to consume foods that high in acetylcysteine such as vegetables and fruits. I think it can help us to make the mucus thin.
If there is someone who can help you to do chest percussion, you can do it. Chest percussion is good to make the mucus thin.
Your exercises that you are great. I like to do yoga.
Have a nice day.
