Usually I never do fall but a few weeks ago I did have a good one. I was at my daughters we were just cleaning up from supper and I was headed to the garbage, didnt know she still had the dishwasher door open I went flying. Hurt my left knee pretty good, had a nose bleed and my left arm hurt. Sat for a while before getting up. My knee is almost back to normal the steps were the worst. Was kinda black blue. Lucky didnt break something.
