On Tuesday I have an appointment with GP to ask if my puffers need to be changed but I'm not sure if I will make a fool of myself asking him because from what I gather it is normal to be breathless when active.

Hello! No question is a bad question, you must advocate for yourself. Your doctor, nurse will ask you if you notice an improvement, even slight improvement since you started the specific puffer.

Yes, many are breathless, but certain puffers can make a slight or big difference for some patients.

Good luck! You have to believe that you deserve the best treatment
