I'm really excited about this webinar! It will give us all a great opportunity to get down to business - talk about the My COPD Action Plan, how it works, how it helps people with COPD avoid exacerbations, and how to get the most out of it.

If you're a person with COPD, you will learn how to talk with your doctor about using the My COPD Action Plan.

If you're a health care professional working with people with COPD, you will learn how to talk with your patients' doctors about using the My COPD Action Plan.
