I have bed toppers that look like flower pots that u put under the wheels of your bed. They look like upside down flower pots. It will bring the bed up about 6 inches. Bed looks funny at first but you get used to it.

Hi Rose,

I do not have an adjustable bed but in reading up on the value of different brands or styles, I came across a mattress tilter. I have never personally used one but it seems to be a wedge that goes between your mattress and box spring. It is just a thought as the cost is incredibly less and you could test out if the incline helps you and your husband sleep more soundly or more comfortably. I hope others chime in about the pros or cons of their bed types or various experiences!

My dad has used a sleep number bed for 20 years and it has been wonderful for him. They started off with a queen and it adjusted the whole top up and that was fine, but a few years ago, they upgraded to the split king (basically two twins on separate frames), that adjust independently. That has allowed him to move the head of his up more as his condition has gone through rough periods without disturbing my mom's sleep. The beds are pricey, but they last forever and the company has stood behind them any time we needed remotes or parts. Just a thought...hope this helps.
