Hi!!!

First, Merry Christmas and Happy New year!

Does anyone with bronchiectasis use supplements and/or essential oils? If so, why, how and when?

I've used supplements for many years and have used essential oils sporadically, and am using EOs more now. I know supplements help boost my health and am beginning to use EOs more as they seem to help my body fight various issues.

Blessings!

Hello! I have used essential oils in the past; didn’t notice any major effect. I plan on trying lavender oil at night in a Himalayan salt lamp. This was recommended by a local holistic center. Enjoy a pleasant holiday season!!!

I've been increasingly curious about using essential oils for emotional health (helping to reduce anxiety or boost energy) and hope to try some.

Katie, I've been using lavender oil to help calm our dog during summer fireworks or thunderstorms with mixed results, so I can't say whether it really helps or not, but I certainly enjoy it!

Merry,

Yes, we must attempt different options to see what works for us.

I have used lavender oil in the bath w Epsom salts at night. It does relax the body and assist w sleep. Hopefully, we can all share tips on effective oils in the New Year.

We all share the commonality of desiring to feel as well as possible.:))
