hi! I have been on it for about 5 weeks. So far I haven’t had any side effects or actually not much change. I read about all the potential side affects, and was hesitant to take it.
have you started it? What is your dr saying?

Carol,
Hello! Welcome to the community. It takes six weeks or longer for most people to experience results. I have not taken it. I am glad you are not facing any side effects at this point in time. It is good to be mindful of potential side effects- and to communicate any side effects to your health care provider as soon as possible. We are here to assist you on your journey.
Storyteller,
You are the only one who knows your body, your sensitivities. I would discuss starting the lower dose with your healthcare provider and work your way up to the higher dose if you don’t experience any sensitivities/ adverse effects. Please keep us posted.
Thank you for posting the link.
Post-bronchodilatora common test that determines how well your lungs are working, was measured at 1 year in the ASPEN study. People taking placebo saw a decline of 62 mL compared with 50 mL for those taking BRINSUPRI 10 mg.
I have been on Brinsupri 25mg for two months. My blood pressure is higher than before starting the drug, but not in the really high range. My cough has changed from almost constant coughing and light sputum especially at night, to fewer deep, hard coughing spells and thick sputum half dozen times in a twenty-four hour period. No flares and no other side effects at this time although I'm old and have some of those skin symptoms anyway.
Patsy,
Hello! Welcome to the community. I am so glad that Brinsupri is positive for you. Do you have a blood pressure machine at home? I would highly recommend to keep track of your BP and speak with your doctor about a higher dose of BP drugs. BP drugs have less side effects for most people. Katie
