Does the weight loss associated with NTM tend to stabilize with regular antibiotic treatment?

KellyJam,
Weight does usually stabilize once the infection is under control. Some patients have to be mindful of ways to keep their weight up going forward. Immune systems are impacted more by being underweight or overweight.

Thanks so much for your response and helpful link. Have a great weekend
KellyAnn,
You are most welcome. Getting a Registered Dietitian is also recommended for those who are concerned with weight. You can get a referral from your physician or pulmonologist.
