The purpose of the NTM Lung Disease Management Tool is to act as a tool for individuals diagnosed with NTMLD to work with their health care providers to guide conversations about diagnosis, symptom management, and treatment. Tips for living with NTMLD are included on side two. This resource is to be used daily and reviewed at a minimum of every six months by both the HCP and the patient.
